Everything is interesting if you go into it deeply enough.

I still need to find a more full-proof way of getting past the first few rooms in The Storm . I normally get stuck by a random grenade when almost all of the enemies have been killed. There is no "Fool-proof" method for Mythic. You are never guaranteed to complete a level, no matter how many times you've done it. However, knowing how things generally happen can help.
The first few rooms of the Storm gave me a lot of trouble. I had my "own" way of doing it, borrowing for other people's techniques and mashing them all together into something I liked. First I threw a plasma grenade into the bunch sitting next to the holo-projector, turned left and headed down the stairs, where a Jackal is stand with his shield away from you for an easy headshot.
Usually, but not always, there is a grunt at the bottom of the stairs. He will occasionally stick himself, but usually you have to take him out. After that, I like to clean up most of the grunts on the ground, and then generally circle back up the stairs and set up for the 3 grunts heading through the door beside the gate. Once those are taken care of I head back for some BR ammo, open the gate, and set the warthog up.
Then I like to edge up the side walkway overlooking the corridor and take out a few unsuspecting grunts nearby. After that, I head back and open up the gate with my warthog positioned like in Tyrants guide. I BR all the grunts I see and leave the Jackals and Brutes to the Marines. If you can manage it, it's nice to board one of the ghosts for shields.
After that it's just a rush to the Wraith, and you've basically made it to the Scarab.
You are just going to have to practice it until you have it down. Guides help a lot, but if you are having trouble with a particular method, don't be afraid to experiment.
