How do you measure Squat? By time? I don't have access to a bench press, but I bet I could do better then 200.

That's hardly athleticism. I probably can't do anything near what you guys bench, but that's because I don't care for things like that. I could sure as hell do some things better than you people, I'm just not sure what.
squat is where u put weight on a bar rest tht on ur shoulder blades then go down till the top of your leg is parralel to inside of the knee
if u dont have access to a bench odds are u cant do more than 200, unless u weigh a lot, then ur weight could make u stronger without having to do anything, but technically ur still weak (cause you just weigh a lot)

well i figure if you are at least physically fit in the weight room you can do stuff outside the weight room to. Maybe if someone said they weighed 300 and benched 275 then no they are probably not more athletic than you, but when someone does a lot more weight than their body weight it means they have a lot of lean muscle on them. Which would make you athletic.

Hmm,I weigh 200 LBI do bench repeats of about 160...Don't do squats much, I'm more of a jogger, I get leg exercise that way. I don't know what my maximum Bench Lift is, to be honest. I play 8th Man in rugby.
Athleticism is sport, not strength, and I fail to appreciate weight lifting, I believe that athleticism has more to with skill than strength, it helps though.
I played Rugby in Jr. High thats one tough, hella fun sport. I think i'm gonna stick to American Football, i'm good at that.

Weight: 150I dunno about that other stuff. I'm not very strong. But I'm fast. Damn fast. And I fight really good, mostly on account of my speed.(crappy upper-body strength... good legs) I've beaten up a couple of jackass football-jock types. They are fsking slow...What you do, is you kick them in the nuts, then punch them in the stomach, then either grab their head and smash it into a wall or smash their head into your knee. After that you can put him in a headlock and he'll pretty much be at your mercy.

I'm surprised, I thought I would be the only person half way athletic on the forums. But I dont think anybody who is terribbly weak will post on this but still, a lot better turn out then I would have figured
My upper body is terribbly weak. I have great lower-body strength though.
