and to everyone who thinks hunting is a horrible and cruel thing.... we are actually helping the environment believe it or not.

No, I disagree. Only when hunting is near-perfectly controlled does it help the environment. The truth is that many humans hunt irresponsibly - and since those irresponsible humans fall under the category of "hunters", it's logical to conclude that modern hunting is harmful.

Populations balance themselves. Humans are so powerful a few abusers screw over balance.

hunting CAN be beneficial to the environment, but as u stated, it only takes a couple to screw it up for the rest of us

I hunt, but I don't use any pansy blinds or chars or lofts or anything...

Camo and a high-powered rifle... crawling...

Kicks ass.

Of course I've only ever shot one deer doing that, but hey, I've only hunted three times!

Airsoft is cool tho.

exact same as me, except I climbed up a tree and hunted someone else's property where they had a feeder and stuff

i am no redneck, i live in SD and i mostly waterfowl and pheasant hunt. (and i eat everything i kill)

edit: if hunting were to be outlawed all the animals that are hunted would overpopulate and die from starvation or disease. look at the snow geese, they are overpopulating themselves into starvation even with the help of hunting as a population reducer.

A few generations will die, but the population will be reduced to a survivable number. It happens all the time. Population becomes huge, resources run out, lots of them die, they fall back into balance.

I don't mind hunting, and I can see how it might be fun. I'd say the world has a much larger problem with polution than it does controlled hunting (which is what a lot of it is).

if a population is completely wiped out, the population will not suddenly appear out of nowhere and be balanced. basically like the dinosaurs coming back, once they're extinct, they're gone
