I Finally got a answer from Xbox Live on how this feed back system works. We (the players) "are policing yourselves". "If you get to much feed back that is negative you lose your account for a period of time". The basic run down is this. You get some many feed backs, then a computer bands you and that is it. If you beat a person and they are upset over it, decide to leave feed back on you, and is negative, you lose your account for a specific amount of time. Beat enough people and get negative feed back, lose your account for good! Who thinks this is fair to those who hold up the Code of Conduct set by Xbox Live and rules sent down by Bungie? So, If you play good you lose, if you lose in the game you lose your rank?
PS. As of 02-12-05 @ 12:01 am 400,000 people have been banded from Xbox Live
until 02-19-05 @ 12:00am. Striaght From Xbox Live. 3% of them might have been banded for good. This took 2 hours to get out of a rep. from Xbox Live.
