All right I have a very tiny problem, every time my computer restarts it tells me there is a hardware problem and windows will not start but if I remove the ethernet cable, start up normally, it all starts up, and I can plug my ethernet cable in and it will go online just like normally, any body know or can speculate whats wrong, and I have a very good computer

hmm... try this:

Try uninstalling your network card drivers. start > ctr pannel > system > hardware > device manager. Make sure you first download a replacement driver for your exact card -or- that you have your boot disks that came with your network card and/or computer.

Get on with customer service.

My computer got t3h uber fuxx0rzed a while back and I called up three different customer support places. My problem was unique and quite complex, but they all helped me a lot. They have restored my faith in customer support. :)
