A groups is like a mini community you can make on the 7th Column. It has a forum, a front page with news and resources where you can post links, articles and FAQ etc. They als have their own ranks that the admins make and also rules are optional. You can view different groups by clicking this link, which will take you to the group info page. Type in suitable criterias and then just look for cool groups or make your own or then just explore a bit.

Yo Halo53, I'm real happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best bungie.net profiles of all time. OF ALL TIME!

If you ever create a group/chapter, you should check out this link to the forum topic about chapter founders. If you want to get in one, just go to one (many people have chapters/groups linked in their signature) and click on the join group link below the chapter/group's name. Some chapters will let you in right away but others, you may need the chapter administrator online to accept you.

This site meaning the groups/chapters? Chapters were originally used to find people in your area to have LAN events but now are more used for Halo 2 XBL events and places for clans to gather and talk strategy. You can post news, each has their own forum, you can give custom titles/roles (up to 15) and make databases (resources) and many other things. Not all groups are clans. Some just have a lot of cool members only content (Like MSXL) and others are just for helping founders/administrators run their chapter/group (Chapter Founders)
