Weapons
Earthquake (Heavy human prototype weapon)-
Shootz a projectile that arcs into tha ground and explodez forward (causing a line of explosion). for exaple, a hog is driving at u 2 run u over, u sidestep and shoot 2 ur left causing a line of explosionz that tha hog drives into and flips.
Plasmathrower (covie)-
shoots a cloud of plasma that is a lot more concentrated than that of tha flamethrower, almost like a hose, but shootz farther.
light saber
a super weapon like tha rocket launcher. When u pick it up u get force powerz: super jump, half-life-like running speed, lightning, force defense (block shotz wit saber), and heal. when u have tha saber u go 2 3rd person view. primary is a saber swing (left mouse) that aims for u (meaning if u r close enough 2 a person u can just click and u automatically swing towards them even if u were facing a diff way). tha secondary (zoom button) wuld throw tha lightsaber where it wuld then come back 2 u. if ne1 is touched by tha saber, theyre instanly killed, just like in jedi knight 2.
Anti-air rocket launcher
Extremly ineffective against infantry but great against air targets. Moves relli slow until it finds a bomber, fighter, or banshee.
CLOUDBOMBER (covie)
Shoots a blue plasma bomb that has the power of a wraith mortar, and also arcs, but moves alot faster. When the round explodes, a blue-purple cloud and more, tinier plasma bombs shoot out that have the same, but lesser effect. If the blue purple-cloud of gas touches anyone, the player's screen oozes and blurs like theyr on crack or sumthin, kinda like the start of maxpayne 2 and they are drained of their sheilds the longer the gas touches them. The gas spreads out slowly of its initial cloud and can suck all your sheilds in about 3 seconds of contact.The first bomb lets out two smaller bombs with lesser power that spread less gas, each of those bomb let out two smaller ones and so on and so forth. The second bombs have tha power of fuel rods and the tiny last ones have the power of a pistol shot if you're in a 3 foot radius of them. This gun will only have one or two shots, because it would be a very effective weapon, because it can fill about a tenth of bloodgulch with sheild sucking gas and minibombs in one blast.
FIREDUSTER
A hovering vehicle that shoots flames out from under it. To make it go up so u can flame something under it, u press tha jump key. 2 make it go down, u press crouch. A turret that shoots incendenary grenades can b manned by another player in the back of the vehicle. This vec could b either covie or human, but if it turns out bein covie, its gunna b plazma instead of fire.
Bomber Version 2
Another faster, sleeker version of the bomber where instead of the pilot dropping the bombs, the job is handled by 2 gunners on flak bomb turrets on either side of the bomber. The turrets face diagonally slanting towards tha ground. In this version, there is no flak cannon on tha top of the bomber and the pilot has dual forward mounted machine guns.
REAPER turret
A human turret that shoots lots of mini missiles. The player presses alt fire 2 launch tha missiles out of their pods and then presses fire to guide them to a target.
Tha way this works is that if tha player dosent press fire after tha missile are launched with alt fire, they fizzle out and fall to tha ground . When the player presses fire after the missles are launched, the backs of the missiles ignite to propel the missiles towards where they are being guided (think of machine gun shells after they are spent as tha rockets before they are guided, they fall to tha ground uselessly. When fire is pressed, exhaust shoots out tha back and they fly forward towards the target.
The Reaper turret kinda look like it has pipe organs on either side of its base, these are the missile pods. They shoot the missiles arcing up into the air, where they wait to be guided.
MODIFIED PELICAN version two (my favorite vec idea so far, read it)
The ultimate transportation vehicle. This version of the modified pelican is extremely heavily armored. There is a driver, a flak gunner on top to take out opposing aircraft, and six lifepods (3 on each side of the pelican) that can shoot troops down to the ground. This version of the pelican has no seats in back, the troops who ride it sit in the lifepods, waiting to launch themselves into a hotspot on the ground to help out with firefights or to capture an enemy flag. When there is less than 6 people in the lifepods, players of the pelican driver's team can spawn in them. When a lifepod lets out its passanger, it respawns on the pelican, waiting for players to spawn inside it. This version of a pelican can also have its pilot pick up and drop ground vehicles.
BATTLE SUIT
yeah i no itz mad generic, but it wuld b great in halo. Tha battle suit would b a big robotic suit (kinda like a mech, but alot smaller) that wuld greatly enhance tha cheifs combat abilty's. It can jump higher (and has a boost jump [when you press jump a second time after tha first, rocket jets will propel u into the air], run alot faster, and can take big falls (about tha height of jumping off a cliff in death island without taking any damage. The Battle Suit has a single barreled rocket launcher on one hand and a chain gun on the other (not as powerful as the hog's of course). To use the right hand you press fire and left hand is alt fire.
NADES
Tracer Bomb
Picked up as a third type of grenade. This little covie robot is guided by tha player into something where it explodes. when tha player guides this mini bomb he'z totally exposed.
Needle Grenade
A purple grenade that when thrown, just hit tha ground and dont bounce or stick to nething. they have tha same explosion time as tha plas grenade. on explsion they let out a large cloud of covie needles that seekout ne enemy near by.
Flame Grenade
A human grenade that bounces like tha normal grenade and leaves a trail of smoke and flame when thrown through tha air. theyr detonation time is about a little less then that of a plas grenade and more then a human grenade. these grenades are rare cuz theyr gunna b powerful. instead of exploding, a lil sprayer rotates in a circle while letting out a cloud of flame over a radius of about 5 meters or more.
DISORIENTER 'NADE (human grenade)
When it hits a solid surface it explodes causing shaking on ne1 who is nearby's screen. This also lets out gas that disorients vision (an can provide cover). when tha gas hits a player, tha player gets temporarily stunned.
SHOCK GRENADE
On explosion, shoots electricity in all directions that drains all sheilds from infantry and disables (makes unable to move or shoot) all vehicles it hits. Explodes on contact.
ION BOMB
a human Super Grenade that will either be placed in tha middle of a map, like rocket launchers, or hidden. When you press left mouse, tha grenade will be set down and set up on ur current position. . Once tha bomb is set there will be an announcer voice saying "ion bomb set, detonation in 5, 4...". When the bomb is placed, it may be destroyed by the opposing team. Tha bomb explodes after 5 seconds. The explosion radius (which kills ne player it touches) covers about half of blood gulch and the shockwave, which at most will take away sheilds and 3 points of health, covers tha rest.
TELEPORTER GRENADE
Acually a pair of grenades in one package. The player places one grenade on solid ground in any location and tha other grenade in any location creating a 2-way teleporter system that may only be used by that player's team (when tha teleporter system is created, it will be tha tha color of tha team it wuz created by). If this becomes too unbalanced in playtesting, an update could be that tha teleporters can be destroyed or that tha teleporters can be used by both teams. Tha teleporters will look like tha one'z in monoxide's tha library mod. If tha placer of a teleporter grenade is killed before tha scond grenade can be placed, tha first grenade disapears.
GRAPPLE GRENADE
covie grenade that, when thrown, it drags tha player through tha air with it through sum kind of plasma-y link thing. When tha front of tha link hits a solid object (ground, player, vehicle) it electricutes it before draging tha player to it.
AIRSTRIKE BEACON
a super grenade (hidden somewhere in tha map) that you drop right at ur feet. After that the grenade shoots a beam of light up through tha sky and calls in a covie warship, like the T&R, to conduct an airstrike on the spot of the beacon. When tha covie warship is in position, it emits a big laser-ish column thingy that immediatly kills nething it touches. then after tha energy column has hit the ground for about 2 seconds (the ground shakes during this period) an explosion billows out from the spot where the energy column hit. The explosion is as big as half of BG. Think of independance day. Im pretty sure u can't do this with HEK, but its a cool idea.
These were ideas for HEK. thats why you might see "HEK" alot.
