No i don't think they should. Cheat codes are fun after you beat a game cause you can try out different strategies or methods to defeat the enemy. However, i also say no to unlockable cheat codes because to have unlockable cheat codes you would have to beat a certain TIME or kill all enemies or whatever. What i liked about Halo is that it didn't count your accomplishments at the end of a level (eg. time you beat level in, how many enemies killed, use of health), you could take as much time as you wanted, use as much ammo, use different methods to defeat the enemy
