Is it some sort of predetermined thing in our genome that dictates whether we will like spinach or not? (or anything else for that matter)
Something tells me its more complex than that. My uneducated guess of a theory is that when we try a food, and somehow it disrupts chemical balance somewhere in our body, the taste is catalogued as "bad" and from that day forth is rejected.
Please give me your thoughts. Curiosity is devouring my brain.
