First off, we need some of the more powerful weapons and vehicles on maps in matchmaking, as well as those that aren't used, such as the Gauss Warthog, the Scorpion Tank, the Sentinel Beam, and the Fuel Rod, as well as more Covenant weapons on maps, like the Carbine, and the Plasma Rifle. Weapon lowering on X-Box Live, but only in Custom Games and Forge. Some weapons, like the Magnum, SMG, and the Spiker are underpowered. They need some special properties, or increased damage in order to be used more often. I also suggest a new system of custom weapons. First, you select a map. Then, from the game options, you could select ANY of the weapons on the map. For example, in a custom game on Snowbound, you could make players start with a Carbine and a secondary Plasma Rifle, but on Sandtrap, none of those weapons would be available in the game options. Whenever you switched a map, the weapons would be reset to the Assault Rifle. Also, provide more options for Forge mode. Make stuff float in the air without having to be put on a teleporter. Keep spherical objects from rolling down a hill. Allow more weapons to be put on the map, like increase the maximum amount of weapons on each map by 8, so that you could put down 24 Battle Rifles, or 16 Rocket Launchers. And 2 Scorpion Tanks/ Wraiths or 4 Warthogs on a map is ridiculously low. Increase the maximum amount of vehicles on each map by about 2, so that you could have 4 Scorpion Tanks, and 6 Warthogs on Sandtrap. Also, increase the amount of money on each map. Nothing too drastic. Just add about one or two houndred dollars to play with on each map. Foundry needs more money and a larger maximum number of scenery objects a LOT. Also, as others said before me, make options in Custom Games and Forge regarding your microphone and who you can speak to. Make it to be either No Talking, Team Only, or Everyone. It is annoying that I have to send my buddy a private chat invite whenever we play infection. Also, completely remove the Push to Talk feature, or change it to Push to Talk only when there are more than 6 people in the party. It makes no sense to me why I have to push my D-Pad when I want to talk to my team. Also, make equipment more useful. For example, Trip Mines should kill a player on foot with one mine, Bubble Shields need to last a little longer, Radar Jammers and Flares should not affect the team of the person who deployed them, Deployable Cover needs to be pumped up substantially; it should self-destruct existing after a certain amount of time, it should be able to take more damage, and it should be able to be deactivated at least 3 times before it is destroyed. The Spike Grenade should have a wider area of damage and the Spikes should bounce more, and the Frag Grenade should have its damage and area of damage increased a little bit. The Anti-Air Wraith should be made a vehicle in multiplayer if possible, but only in Custom Games and Forge, as it is not IN THE LEAST balanced. The Transport Warthog would be a very useful vehicle in matchmaking. It could be faster than a normal Warthog, and it should hold 4 players, including the driver and the front seat passenger. The Spectre should be brought back, as it was a MUCH better vehicle than the current Prowler, but you should keep both. The Sniper Rifle should be easier to use, and should be given auto-aim while scoped, since sniping in Halo is way harder than in other shooters. You should make it possible for people to fast forward much faster, as well as reverse the video in Theater mode. You should increase the maximum number of custom files that a player can have total, from 100 to something like 150. The Hornet on Avalanche should be made stronger; its machine guns should do more damage, a little bit lower than the damage of the normal Hornet. DO NOT REMOVE AUTO AIM! It makes it almost impossible to kill anything. Just try shooting at your teammates in Team Slayer. When you switch to the Gravity Hammer, reduce the time it takes you to switch to it. The Hammer is underpowered compared to the Shotgun or the Energy Sword due to its slow swing time, and it is very dangerous to switch to it in battle because you have to somehow rest it on your left hand before you can actually kill anything with it, and that takes like 4 seconds; time that you could have killed something with. Shades however underpowered they may be, as well as those Missile Pod Turrets, should be allowed to be put into Forge mode. The player should be INVULNERABLE when the damage resistance settings are set to invulnerable. That means you, Mr. Assassination, and you too Mrs. Splatter by Fast Moving Vehicle. There should be more armor permutations, even though this is just a very happy dream. Brute Plasma Rifles would also be very enjoyable by players, but I feel that the normal Plasma Rifle just shreds through shields very fast anyway, and taking shields down faster than it is now would just be very unbalanced. Penalties for quitting a game should be more severe. There are WAY too many quitters in Big Team and Multi Team. One should be taken away 5 EXP for quitting any Big Team or Multi Team or Team Doubles game, so as to teach people to STOP QUITTING. I have only played 3 out of like, 30 games of Big Team Battle where no one quit in the entire game. The End!/
