Quit all you like. Just be prepared to take a mandatory breather if you quit too often.
As a person who has been banned twice for being lured into replying to spam threads, let me tell you this: It's not worth it. Don't reply to spam threads, no matter how good your intentions are. I have been disgraced. I am ashamed, and I apologize. Don't let it happen to you.

Killer 50, come on and lighten up man. You're making Elites look like total d-bags right now. It was a joke, funny or not, and it's really not affecting you that much. Besides, most of his other posts are pretty funny. The Smuggler one killed me, I swear. Just get a grip.
I have a great sense of humour, I display it often. This, however, is just not funny. A topic like this belongs (if anywhere) in the off-topic (the flood) forum, since it's "sarcasm" and not really related to Halo 3 discussions. This guy deserves a blacklist for many reasons. This "joke" is an insult to comedy, as well.
You must be the guy everyone avoids at the party because, rather than laugh at the drunk guy falling down the stairs, you call the cops because he's disturbing the peace. It's the same concept- rather than accept that it's humor (rather lowbrow and in this particular thread, a bit lacking in lulz), you would report him and hope he gets blacklisted. That's kinda f***ed up.
On the contrary. I'm the guy who plays Dance Dance Revolution at a party, fails, drinks a few, then gets AA on Expert songs afterwards. Here, however, I believe that rules are rules, and you can't bend them just by saying "oh it's just sarcasm, so it's ok =)". Yes, it's sarcasm. No, it's not okay. By the way, humour is supposed to make people laugh. I didn't laugh, not even a chuckle, and I laugh at a lot of things.
