1. Will it run WELL on dial-up with a 56k modem?
2. Is it anywhere near as fun as Halo2 on LIVE?

I don't recommend dial up for Halo PC. There's too much lag.

Gee 8 min someone help this guy b 4 he wets him self.

If you are usin Dial up you better be right next door to the server. Otherwise you will probably be kicked or banned from every server you try to play on.

You can atleast wait 5 hours before you say anything like it.

No,with 56 k it wil lag like hell.
It's even more fun than live ( When you got good pc and internet speed ( 400 KBPS will do good )

56K won't give you a good performance on Any game, with very few exceptions.
However, get yourself a decent internet connection and you'll see Halo's multiplayer is much better than Halo 2's.

Im sticking with my pc, so i cant compare h2 with h1.

However, i know that people who play on a 56k connection have serious problems.

I would download the demo version of halopc before buying halopc full. Then you can see for yourself if your computer/connection can handle it.

Running in safemode would also help enhance the online's speed.
