128. The 256 won't improve your performance, as it can really only process less than 128. Hmm...I would say less than 40 fps for sure, even on medium/low settings.

my 9200 gets 40-50 FPS in MP, 25-30 in SP, at highest settings, but then again i OC'ed it from 250mHz Core to 290Mhz, and memory 200 to 230, it can get pretty damn hot, but i only see artifacts if i play for an hour

No...unless you have a 9600/9800XT, I don't think that your card supports 'Overdrive', the auto-OCing program from ATi. You'll have to look for third-party stuff to do that.

Why even allow a card to be over clocked? Why not just make it more powerful instead of making an over clock program that's built with the card?

do NOT buy ati radeon 9250 anything ....... I have the 128 MB, it is a terrible vid card. Running it on AMD 3000+ with 512 MB, and it can't keep up. 9250 is a low-end card if you want your system to run Halo with all effects this card has no chance. I have to turn most effects off/down to run without lag.

Seriously spend some extra cash and get a better model. I am very unhappy with 9250. But do whatever you want, it's your $
