Heyyo,
The vidcard... ohh lordy the vidcard. Everything else is definately strong enough to run new games.
I suggest an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, or an nvidia FX5700. I lean more towards the ati one cause I've had probs before with an FX5600 (<< cause it sucked badly) and got rid of it.
If it's too expensive for you? you can always try scavenging used videocards. A geforce 3 TI will easily beat that crapper ripoff vidcard you have (<< I had a GF4 MX440 as well, probably the biggest ripoff vidcard nvidia's ever made) or a Geforce4 TI vidcard will do as well. For old ati one's a good Radeon 8500 is still pretty strong. ATI Radeon 9100's are pretty sweet too, they're like upgraded 8500's.
