Alright guys, this is rediculous. That is not proof about the bots. I agree it would be cool about having bots and I am for them, especially if you don't have Live or there is no one on and you just want to kill some time shooting stuff with out being held by a mission. But what was posted was rediculous. Yes the patches are going to be there, because they were affirmed at E3.
The color issue with MC, well, yes the one on the left is of single player. You have to remember and its also been stated in the weekly updates. In the single player the graphics will be better and with more flare. The reason behind this is that all the processing power of the Xbox can go to the game and graphics. Where as online the processor has to also take in account the network traffic and voice. Because of this almost every game that has multiplayer has the graphics turned down just a little bit then they do in the single player mode. If you will notice also that MC is alot more detailed in the picture with the jackels then he is in the Zanzibar picture.
As for the picture with the ODSTs, well whos to say that the Zanzibar level is not part of the single player in some shape or fashion. Also its just a screen shot, the developers could have just put those characters there just because it looked good, doesn't actually have to be part of the game. That could be true since there are not really any pictures of the first person view of the game they are almost all in third person view.
So hopefully not to many people were dupped by this. Again I will say I for one would love to have some bot support, just for the extra cannon fodder. But lets quit the assumptions till they are confirmed with Bungie.
WORD!
