Was bored, typed this up.
Human:
-Sniper - Red Reticule range increased slightly. holds 20 shots + clip total.
-Br - spread tightened, 11 (4 burst)shot kill to head, 19 (7 burst)shot kill to body. Un-scoped red reticule range increased. Auto aim reduced. holds 5 mags + clip total.
-SMG - no recoil. holds 5 mags + clip total.
-Magnum - tightened spread, 10 shot clip. holds 5 mags + clip total.
-Rockets - Faster travel speed. 2 second delay between shots. Maximum radius damage increased to 3/4 shield. Kill radius slightly increased. holds 6 rockets + clip total
-Grenade - Increased area of effect. Hold 3 maximum.
-Shotgun - no change
-spartan laser - no change

Covie:
-Carbine - Red Reticule range increased slightly. 7 head shot kill, 12 body shot kill. holds 5 mags + clip total
-plasma Rifle - bolts travel faster, do more damage. Head shots do 1/2 bonus damage. slight stun, reduces movement speed and aim speed by 1/4. 2 plasma bolts reduce battery life by 1.
-Plasma Pistol - single shot bolts travel faster, do more damage. overcharge battery drain removed. 15 body shot kill. slight stun, reduces movement speed and aim speed by 1/4. overcharge shot reduces battery by 15, 4 single shots reduce battery by 1.
-Needler - no change
-Plasma Grenade - 3 second fuse, increased area of effect. hold 3 maximum. 1 plasma grenade stick kills all vehicles except tanks.

Powerups smaller, 3x Overshield default, charge time invincible. Camo lasts 45 seconds.
No equipment, No brute weapons, No flamethrower.
Melees duckable, lock on range reduced, damage area reduced by 1/2.
All weapons do more damage to vehicles.
Dual wield removed

I like a lot of you ideas. Here is my ideas.
Return melees to the way the were in Halo CE when they were perfect.
The BR will be a single shot weapon, 4 shot kill, with 16 bullet clip, and 6 extra clips. It takes between 1 and 2 seconds to 4 shot. There is very little auto-aim but a reasonable reticule magnetism. When used automatically spreads like the Halo CE pistol. When used in single shots it is dead accurate. If you do not make any headshots but bullets still land it will kill in 8 shots.
Sniper will return to the exact state it was in Halo: CE
AR returned to it Halo CE state with few changes. Make bursting more effective and increase its melee range.
SMG is changed and made for uncompetitive Halo play.
Magnum. Bullets weaken the farther you get out of its intended range. Powered up, rate of fire increased and clip expanded slightly. Short but powerful melee with flip animation. Non-dualwieldable.
Rockets splash increased but delay is increased as well. Speed increased.
Frag. Splash increased and max number 3 or 4. Throwing distance increased also
Shotgun-Range increased only slightly and more consistent.
Splaser-laser radius decreased and quicker charge time.
Carbine- much more consistent, increased clip size and increased power.
Plasma Pistol is as it was in Halo CE.
Plasma Rifle is as it was in Halo CE.
Needler has a reduction in auto aim, needle travel speed increased a lot, deadlier against health and shields without an explosion and takes 7 needles to explode. Very quick reload and a small clip.
Plasma grenade-Fuse increased, splash increased, you can carry 3 or 4, throwing distance increased.
Beam rifle is as it is in Halo 3 with less auto aim.
Sword draw speed decreased, can be dodge easily but can be steered while lunging.(if this doesn't work try something else)
Gravity Hammer is kept the same for uncompetitive Halo play.
Sentinel beam- Beam size decreased, close range it destroys quickly but power decays over range and is weak at long range.
Brute weapons made wacky for infection games.
Camo is a slightly strengthened version of what it was in Halo CE.
The OS is exactly the way it was in Halo CE.
Regen- heals much slower. Repairs vehicles.
Power drainer- shield drop speed decreased. Destroys a bubble shield if it enters one.
Bubble shield size increased.
Flare is unchanged.
Radar Jammer is unchanged.
All weapon switch times are shorter.
Hit-boxes are made to make sense.
Halo CE weapon respawn system but with vehicles also.
More custom power ups.
Changes not involving weapons
Visible health(it can regenerate but I want to be able to see it)
Net-code fixed
Spawn system back to the way it was in Halo CE.
Custom options to set fall damage, health regeneration speed, banning certain character models, ect.
Easier forging.
