ARBITER, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!!! WORT WORT WORT.

All of them except Black Eye affect campaign only.

Each skull has its own effect. There's 15 in Halo 2, and no skull menu to activate them. That means you should create profiles for each skull you want to use regularly and is farther away than 2 minutes of running from the start of the level.

Black Eye turns off the snow in both campaign and multiplayer. That means lockout will lose the snow when you find Black Eye on the Great Journey and pick it up.

Skull list

Ghost makes enemies not be stunned by your attacks.. they don't flinch when melee'd.

Yeah, I have to start getting all of my skull saves again on my Xbox 360. I just finished my IWHBYD Skull save. Getting that skull is hard, because you have to get seven check points, and 1 out of 7 times it will spawn. When it does, you pick it up and it teleports you to the center courtyard and it gives you a plasma pistol. You then have to fight off 7 waves of Spec Op Elites. (The silver ones). About 30 Elites total. If you try to leave the courtyard you get teleported to the center of the courtyard again. Once you kill the last one, the skull is activated. I made a profile with a checkpoint of me standing near the last one, so that all i have to do is assassinate the elite to activate the skull. The effect of the IWHBYD Skull is that it mades rare dialogue said by AI a lot more common. Like one time, I heard a grunt say to me: "I'll love you and pet you and name you georgie."

What do they do?
Here's a vid I made to show all the skulls and locations (in case you're interested):

This was a Christmas vid (3 years ago) and the music celebrated John Lennon so turn the sound off if you don't like it.
