Nice toys he has there....rofl. I bet he even plays with those too. :D

I don't even dare imagine how much time he spent making those...

Call me Rdog, not RdOG or RdOG1507. I made that username when I thought it was cool to use alternating capital and lowercase letters...

He needs to get a life.
wow.... kid needs a life

Come on guys. Don't say he needs to get a life. He's a gamer. He has tons of lives.

Exactly! That's like our motto!

  • 07.10.2008 8:22 PM PDT

Awesome stuff. I hope he knows this is on the blog and everyone is talking about him. Where are the Brute weapons? A Spike grenade, a Brute shot, or a Gravity hammer would be a great addition to his model collection.

The nerd inside of us all.

No-one here can say with 100% honesty that they don't want to have created any of those weapons themselves; or to have improved on them.

ill be first. i am 100% positive i would never spend one ounce of my time planning, creating , or improving any cardboard or even real halo weapons. that is a waste of time and its retarded as hell.

I hope you give that kid recon. Please do. That kid is going to be one hell of a toy designer or SOMETHING...with that much raw passion at his disposal I'm surprised he didn't make an AI out of tin foil

Become the hunter.

That was some crazy stuff. I was really impressed by how much attention to detail there was. I just started cracking up when he started to reload the rocket launcher, that was insane. Man, he even had the reload animations and typical XBL behavior down.

Don't be hatin' cause he did something creative and original and got recognition for it.

  • 07.10.2008 8:48 PM PDT

holy -blam!-!!! That kid has mad skill with the cardboard. I really like the teabagging too. Too bad everyone is ripping on him. I hope he is good at ignoring -blam!-s.

I would bet that all the people raggin on this kid for "having no life" and calling him "-blam!-" had absolutly nothing as cool as this to show for themselves at 13(?). Some of the responses have called for this guy to "get a girlfriend" while they themselves likely don't have a g-friend and didn't even come close to having one back when they were young.

What the kid pulled off at whatever young age is impressive and bodes well for his future. Engineering, architecture, weapons designer...you don't meet many ppl in the halo community with bright futures(see B.net/XBL/H3F) but this kid is one of the few who may turn out to be a win.

Kudos to the cardboard kid, i wish i'd been as productive or imaginative when i was a lad.

Ok, I'm you people are Flaming him you are the people with no life.

Were you guys building things like that when you were 10? Were you making and learning all of those things? Were you smart enough to of learned that Reputation is nothing? Rep is just what others think of you. What really matters is what you think of yourself. Give him a break he made some really awesome stuff! And he doesn't care what anybody thinks about himself or the things he does apparently and I have seen people twice as old as him and still not learn that! Think of the things he will have the ability to do when he gets older. You people act like you know his entire life. How do you know? I highly doubt he told you his life story. How do you know if he has a life or he doesn't? It seems like your Hobbies are just Trolling on the Internet. Mabey his hobby is making something of his time and doing something cool? And really I honestly would rather have a hobby like his then wasting all of my day on the internet. So think about it that way? Really turns things the opposite way eh? Now give this kid some props.

You know, I really don't see why Bungie would put something so... Well its just so bad I cant even get a proper word for it. Now you want to see real fandom and real people who have no time on their hands, but in this case have a thing called talent, then check this website out.

405th

Now these people have "talent" so to speak.

LOL! Finally a post I can get on board with in a positive fashion; No blame, no bad words, no complaints!

Jeeperz Geekerz! and yet still so very kewl. I like that he wore his homemade CB armor and imitated the correct movements with each weapon demonstration. Even tea bagged an imaginary n00b whilst holding the BR rifle.

I have seen lots of cardboard versions of H1, H2 and H3 weapons on the net, but not so large or nearly complete set. Many better, but not a large set like this. Usually peps do 1 or 2 of there favorites. I have a 7 yr old who keeps asking for some CB Halloween h3 armor to go with the AR and pistol I made for him out of CB last year.

For those who ridicule and claim this kid has no life: go squeeze another 1 off to some cheap p0n. You've got nothin' better to do yet again.

Sorry kid, but you need to go outside some

With the possible exception of invisible germs, ninjas are the most stealthy entity known to man. Look behind you right now! you don't see anything do you? Thats because the ninja standing there is to stealthy to be seen.

Considering its cardboard armor, its pretty well done. He should join the 405th! (note: the 405th is a forum dedicated to making armor and halo props, go to www.405th.com)
with no offense intended: I'm kind of surprised that bungie put a video of him up when many of the people on the 405th have extremely accurate, professionally made armor, a lot better looking than his...

Fear is the Little Death that Brings Total Obliteration
I will face my Fear, I will let it pass over and through me
And when it is gone only I Will Remain

I give the kid props, but we need to introduce him to a woman. Because at the moment it would appear as if he has way too much time on his hands...
