It was pretty obvious he was cheating from the lock-ons, although I would have preferred a crosshairs and at least 30 fps. But as far as bluewalling goes, I don't think you can know for sure from SJ footage. :(
You're right, though, that most smart aimbotters won't make large snaps. The only thing I can add is that if a botter is locked onto someone and they change direction, the bot will slide the crosshairs over to account for the change. It's a pretty smooth transition, in contrast with the initial frame-skipping snap. With a clickbot, you see a series of short snaps to the same part of a target's body, unless they hold down the fire button, which looks like a normal lock on.
