Team-FTG, a longrunning clan and gaming community, has added three slots to its Halo 2 roster. If you're tired of playing in public games with the endless smacktalk, cheating and nastiness, and would like to join a group dedicated to teamwork and sportsmanship, we might be a good fit for you.
Our clan is first and foremost designed for adults -- many of our members are over thirty and have families, jobs and other real life concerns. We practice three times a week -- Mondays and Thursdays at 10:00 pm ET, and Sundays at 3:00 pm ET. Excessive swearing, smacktalk, cheating, glitching, whining, griping, etc. are not tolerated. Although we play and compete on the major clanmatch playlists, we are primarily about having fun and working together as a team in an environment where sportsmanship is respected. Winning is not as important to us as having a good time, and working together as a team.
If you feel like you might be right for our group, please register on our website at http://www.team-ftg.org and introduce yourself in our forums. We do not send clan invites to people we have just met -- you must attend at least two of our regular sessions before we will open up a membership vote. Usually it takes about a week or so before we send a clan invite, but you are welcome to join us for our practice sessions until you are approved.
Please note: If you're higher than a Level 11 on Big Team Battle and Team Skirmish, you may want to consider the fact that many of our members are currently below your level of skill. More competitive clans may be a better fit for you.
