Ship complements means fighters, not other capital ships. When you post that your named capital ships have complements of dreadnoughts, cruisers, etc., you mean they have battle groups, not complements.

Battle groups don't count as a whole package of units built together. The ships are built separately, and then grouped in a battle group. Battlegroups don't mean anything other than tactical groupings

As you wish, but FYI, if I remember correctly, the Necris require bodies in order to grow their army, my people now being made from almost indestructable neutronium, as well as being mineral-based life-forms, would make poor soldiers, you cannot revive a rock.

Well, the Story changes quite a bit for each installment, and I don't recall the Necris requiring bodies in any of the previous installments. In fact, Othello and Bishops comment about how they keep drawing their forces from vast amounts of eager participants from Absalon 6.
