Edit- yes I do realize that Xenomorphs can pick up even camouflaged opponents, which is why I wisely did not boast about how we would fair, had we infiltrated your hive.

Weaponize Xenomorphs.

With this, we could instill terror into the enemies by loading facehugger larvae into an artillery shell. It could be lauched from space to the ground, or fired from a cannon. We must first aquire them, to start. We could send a decent sized force if not attacked today.

I recommend an exchange of all completed technologies between member factions. The CEC, being relatively small, do not have much to offer. But we do have Dark Matter Conversion for those who want/need it, and we will gladly offer all of our future technologies to member factions that want/need it.
