But you cannot "just" get them. You have to amass forces, and do that following the rules, then if you really want to mess with people, attack them and take Beta Halo from them.

Hmm. I cannot recall, wasn't Beta Halo just destroyed by the C'tan Dreadnaughts?

Well, pick a research, e.g Armor plating, and decide how many turns to build (make it reasonable.) Then each turn is one post. Same for unit building.
