What needs to be changed:

There is TOO MUCH blatant discussion running around in this thread. We don't need to discuss every single little detail in this thread, that is what PMs are for or what the "message" section in your post is for.

Holme, Cooly, that was out-and-out agression because they were new. You shouldn't have just said "ZOMG REED TEH ROOLZ!" again and again, you should have pointed out what, exactly, they were doing wrong. As such, you need to revoke ALL of your combat actions on the new players IMMEDIATELY. You can do it again later, if you feel it's really necessary, but I didn't kill you when you were new, and you all shouldn't kill them. Everybody that was attacked, restore your troop numbers.

llamalizard, your grammar and posting structure is not on par with the rest of the members of this game. It needs to get on that par immediately. You also started illegaly, starting with too many troops and also starting with finished research and buildings. You need to go back to your first post and edit any subsequent posts, removing all buildings that you started with save for a 1-bay shipyard and removing all your research that you started with, then researching throughout your posts. You also need to list what Planet you are operating from. And, finally, no WMD, of ANY KIND, can be completed without first constructing a Nuclear Materials Mine and researching Nuclear Fission and Fusion. So you can't have ANY WMD at all yet. Check the rules on the 2nd post under the "Advanced Rules" section for more details.

Palini, U.N., and Flood, you were all good, post-wise and WMD/Construction wise. Some of you (Flood) shouldn't have been posting inside the actual game and other minor things, but for the most part you were fine.

JaredPUNK_2007, you actually did have the most wrong. Insulting a member of this community, no matter what they did, is against Bungie rules and is against Game rules. You will stop immediately, if you want to continue playing. Also, the WMD rule is in effect for you still, as well, and you shouldn't be constructing one yet. You started out with buildings/research, and you need to go back and correct that. You can have no "invincible shield", but all troops will be restored to you anyway, since the Hanchex Members were also, somewhat, in the fault. You also talk too much during actual playing of the game.

Now, I can't even be sure this is all. People, you don't just go filling 10 pages of this game with crap every time I'm not around to resolve it! You need to tell people WHAT they do wrong, and explain to them what they need to fix about the situation! I expect better of all of you in the future.

Agreed. Last night I was very tired. But that is not an excuse, I agree that I was very rude and all the wmd and invinciblity stuff.

But you have to admit that It's sorta stupid to get attack for simply making a WMD.

Well, I learned that (sometimes) Veteran Players can't be trusted to deal with problems that they expect me to fix all the time, and that we just went through 10 pages of needless spam.

Infantry shields are repulsive mass effect fields projected from tiny emitters, providing protection against most mass accelerator weapons. They safely deflect small objects traveling at rapid velocities. This affords protection from bullets and other dangerous projectiles, but still allows the user to sit down without knocking away their chair. The shielding afforded by kinetic barriers does not protect against extremes of temperature, toxins or radiation.

Biotic Powers:
Limited: Barrier: Creates a small kinetic barrier
Efficient: Barrier, Lift: Lifts enemies into the air
Extremely Efficient: Barrier, Lift, Singularity: sucks all nearby enemies into the air (can be used on solid objects)
Lethally Efficient: Barrier, Lift, Singularity, Warp: Destroys enemy armor.
