Having an emergency that requires attention of a moderator as quickly as possible, I realized that I have to do some searching to find moderators so I can message them. I don't have messages from all of them in my inbox yet, and I suspect that most here don't either. Why not have each moderator respond to this, then sticky it so that in an emergency, someone can come here to reach any/all quickly?

You try too hard, and it makes you look desperate.

There is no such emergency that will ever constitute the need for immediate moderator action. The mods can fix whatever problems arise as they get around to them and life on this message board will go on unaffected.

Besides, how hard is it to visit the message tab and fire a PM off to Achronos, Sketchfactor, Frankie, Shishka, Stosh, Yoozel, goweb, or that Machiavelli dude? I'm a relative idiot and I have no problem remembering all of their names, with the exception of the Machiavelli guy.

as in emergency, you mean like someone tripping down stairs and breaking an arm? in that case, as powerful as the almighty mods are, i doubt they'll be able to help. but lets not underestimate them.

I think you should have a number you can call, maybe 777 or something and there you will have (the voice of) Cortana saying:¨

-If you have a technical problem with one of our products, please press 1
*and so on, all the way to forums...*
-If you have a problem with the forum, please press 7...

Then:

-If you want to learn how to make a new post, please press 1...
-If you want to learn where to post what, please press 2...
-If you want to report spam to the moderators, please press 3...
-If you want to report a user to the moderators, please press 4...
*and so on...*

Yep, and it must be 7 $ per minutte...

*sigh*
I was desperate, Ajenteks.

I didn't know that I can send a message to anyone I know the name of, sorry. I thought I had to reply or click the "msg. user" button.

The emergency was a possible leak of information regarding a Bungie oversight that must never fall into the hands of spamming and/or flaming -blam!-tards.

That's not at all what I was referring to, but whatever.

The emergency was a possible leak of information regarding a Bungie oversight that must never fall into the hands of spamming and/or flaming -blam!-tards.

Spamming and/or flaming -blam!-tards only have as much power as the audience gives them. And the audience can only give them so much power. If they are posting -blam!- or whatever, it's the audience's fault if they are offended for even reading the spam. Same if they are posting viruses, personal attacks, or whatever. Bungie is covered very well by the ToS for such instances.

The sky is not, nor ever will be, falling.
