If you use a tunneling program like XBConnect (which was already mentioned I think) then you can play online with other people. But, Halo Xbox doesn't have Banshees or Rocket Warthogs in multiplayer. And, the Xbox version is missing the maps Danger Canyon, Death Island, Gephyrophobia, Ice Fields, Infinity, and Timberland. And, even though I haven't tried it, I assume there's no way of talking or communicating to the other person through the Xbox over the internet.
Edit: And there's no fuel rod guns, I think. I'm pretty sure that was new in Halo PC too.
