Hi im using an Xbox pad to play Halo on my PC. Everything works just as it should even the looking around with the right stick feels soooo right... Apart from one thing.

The left stick feels a little to sensitive with the strafe action. If i very slightly push left or right on the stick while moving my guy forwards, then he sways quiet a bit to the left or right almost doing a zig-zag motion.

Ive checked the dead zones for each stick in the driver and they are fine for each. The problem seems to be with the left stick only. The reason is becuase in Halo settings you can change the speed of the RIGHT stick but not the left stick so it feels a little to sensitive with the strafe.

Any one know of any options in Halo or to add to the command line to help out with this left stick sensitivity problem?

As i said right one can be changed, left cant?
Im sure its a problem with Halo and left stick NOT the driver as right stick works fine!

Thanks all for the help.

I just bought a usb connector. had no name like that. cant even remeber where i got it. All i know is that i discounect at the rip cord bit near the end of the pad then plug the usb part on instead:

The driver im using had full analoge for both sticks, rumble and analoge or digital for the back buttons:

I just need to slow the left stick down a little in Halo like u can with the right one. Any ideas all?

You cant change the left in the settings because that would normally be the arrowkeys. There is only the sensitivity for the mouse (right).
