When my friends and I play a LAN CTF game on Sidewinder we have a little trick.

First we get two people off the map by ramping ghosts off tanks on one of the places where the rocket launcher appears. We fly over to the other base, and one person gets the flag and passes it back up to the the partner. That person then takes it back to our base and deposits it there for a third person to score. The person on top stays there and keeps recieving the flag to give it to the person at the base.

If you have any tricks for CTF or otherwise, post them here.

I use that a lot. I use a frag, and no one sees it, so they run right into it. It's hilarious. In oddball, when i have the ball/spartan skull (yes, it is a spartan skull), and someone has a shotgun, I throw it to them, they take it and run away. Then I chase them, whack them in the back, and take the skull and their shotguns. It's so funny when you see their expression on their face in the same room.

Or when you are running from someone with the flag and you go through a teleporter just stand so when they come through you will be in the perfect position to hit them in the back with the flag/ball. It is halarious, especially when they have good guns or something.
