I wont read the manual after i have played SP and MP for quite a bit. I will read it just to see what they have to say about the weapons and look at the drawing and how kool it is. I just got my pre-order of Halo 2 Limited Eddition today from EB games so im happy.

why do people ask question that nobody but Bungie knows the answer to? think before you speak.

Yeah, nobody knows (except for Bungie staff) if it is done or not. As to the argument about reading the manual or not. Why does anyone care? If someone likes to read it, why is it wrong? We all have different opinions and we should respect other's opinions (unless they of course harm you or others). I personally like the manual, I learned some more about the weapons and thought it was interesting.

Yes it was mentioned briefly, I think it is being worked on and probably near completion.
BTW I read the manual before playing the game, don't know why, its just something I've always done.

I think they we're on about the game manual, aka the booklet.
But I agree with you I try to get every last bit of Halo related things possible.

The manual, in something Bungie related is always crucial due to the amount of story it covers. Alot of things you can pick up on the way, but why your doing something, and where you've come from you aren't. In something like a sequel the story of how you go to the sequel is needed (partically for those who haven't read the books). Without reading up on storys behind Myth it would all be so much less than the great game it was. The same goes for Halo. Story comes first.
