Although I did enjoy reading up on some of your classic kill favourites, wherein there were a few stroies of how they barely won in Legendary... well I'll tell you what, after playing Halo 2 Legendary and coming back to Halo... wow... that was the easiest kill spree blood fest ever. Me and my friend just sat their laughing while charging in and using the butt of our weapons to melee Legendary elites to the ground while ten grunts would shoot at us with terrible aim. Pretty much the equivelant of Easy on Halo 2, but even there if you get stuck you die... And, to answer this post's question, the answer is very simple. Although killing Hunters by bashing them is pretty cool, and sticking grunts and all of that, one character out of all of these is the very best to kill: Captain Keyes. Now THAT my friends is impossible to win, because, well, the marines that follow never die, only have their blood splatter on the floors and walls with screams that make it seem as if you're doing damage... which I can assure you that you are not. Now, if you're not on the first level where you are able to kill Captain Keyes, a little brawl with the random marines is always pleasant. Their screams of "Do I owe you money" only fuels the fun. And in Halo 2, the very best is to get the "Happy Birthday Grunt" Easter Egg, and go to the level Outskirts and kill all the marines, and then keep shooting Sargeant Johnson in the face... the Easter Egg has its effect, but he never died. All the more fun.
But that's just my opinion.
