I have a AMD 2800+ 512mb's Integrated DDR Ram and a VIA/S3G Unichrome IGP 64 mb's KM400 video card and everytime I try to run the game I get an error saying that my hardware is below the minimum recommended spec for this game and I go to continue anyway and Halo looked all messed up. I had a picture but I cant see how to post it. The same thing also happens with need for speed underground but my friend has a 32mb Nvidia video card and he can play it no problem . So can anyone out there help me out.

Are your graphics drivers the latest you can get? What speed is your cd-rom?
Did the min. req. notification tell you what was not at specification?
I would like to know more.

umm, see theres this thing called integrated graphics, and thats what you got. Get an actual GPU, as Halo PC is one of the most intensive games there are.

EDIT-
Halo PC is recommended to have a gpu with at least 64 mb of ram. As well, there are many cheap cards from NVIDIA and ATI, but the cards I suggest you stay away from are the NVIDIA 5200 and any ATI card below the 9200 series.
