I personaly LOVE Halo:CE and would like to see it available for live, I know there is still XBC but it is just not the same. The stat tracking, the matchmaking, the simple interface. Everything that I am accustom to feom XBL is lacking on XBC.

sorry to put a damper on this wish list. but it will never happen, there is no logic in taking a game from 5 years ago and reselling it becuase one extra feature

I realize that what you say is true but i was just wondering who eles love Halo so much that they would be willing to spend $50 on a new copy. And Based on the weekly whats update this is not going to come true. :-(

There is plenty of reason to remake this game on live. People have made petitions to get this game back online with thousands of people signing it. People are still playing Halo 1 because it was so good. There is actually no reason not too remake it

Really, I'm not sure - I would love to play CE on live, but I don't know if I can justify buying a 'new' copy with one extra feature. If there was more added, I could justify it, but that won't happen. But it would be a nice option to have.

Given that 3 years after its initial release the original Halo for Xbox was still the 9th best selling video game of 2004, I think it is pretty obvious that Microsoft could turn a huge profit on a Live-enabled version of Halo.

I suspect that the corporate marketing-think is that if it ain't broke don't fix it; they'll wait until the original Halo is no longer a top seller before they consider releasing a Live-enabled version.

If they dont release a live-enabaled version of Halo:CE i atleast we can get some old maps as DC. I would also like to try out some of the Halo PC maps that I did not get to play on the Xbox.

Actually, there ARE perfectly good reasons not to remake Halo 1 with live capability. Bungie has listed the reasons that Halo 1 will not be remade multiple times on multiple occasions.

Even if they did I'm sure Bungie would find some way to ruin it. When the new systems come out a game will come along that will make us forget all about halo 2. Maybe Perfect Dark zero will be that game.
