I've been thinking it was only a matter of time. The question you have to ask is, why would Microsoft have put that Halo 3 banner in the same folders as other PC games? What thought processes would lead to such a slip? Well it's obvious, Halo 3 is at some point in a near-to-mid future, Halo 3 will be announced for PC. Having ported both Halo and Halo 2 to PC with relative fanfare, i see no reason the third one would never make it over. Especially since Halo 2 DOES have a cliffhanger ending.
If Halo 3 has additions that Halo 2 Vista had, such as revamped textures, new maps, a map editor and a revised HUD, then i'd get it, but preferably they could make even more of an effort with this one and give it something extra extra special :3 See, i never had Halo 2 for the Xbox because my first console was a 360, so the PC version felt fresh and good. But having played Halo 3 greatly on the 360, i'd need some good solid reasons to make the PC version a worth-getting.
