Just post some "moves" not stories unless you cant help it about the way in which you've used superior interlect to defeat your foe. If by chance your " Tactic " is extremly confidential and you believe that you are the only person who knows of such a play then i understand and would appreciate if we could chat privatly if you wish by MSGing my account.

ATTENTION: All those who disregard this post will be henceforth known as noobs and will have any post they make about skill or otherwise abilities ignored by me and most likely others.

Thank you for your time.

lol.

Lol Grease Monk, Hump all the way.
If you really want to have a good "drive by" (It's What me and my friends do.) You need Three guys to get in a warthog (including you) and drive up to the enemy base and drive back and forth (works well with lots of people on Slayer) Shooting at anything that moves. Pretty good tactic and lots of fun to do and even more fun to watch :) My friend described it as a A massacre on wheels.

I know how to:
* Not die when a Plasma Grenade is stuck to my head/torso (and I don't mean having 400% health and shields to your aid).
* Become invisible quicker.
* I know how I can get me and 3 other team mates invisible or Overshielded all at once.
* Reload a weapon while using another.

I'm just not going to tell you how. If you do know how to do these, then well done. If you don't, go find out for yourself (or me or someone else may enlighten you on the subject).

Well I find it very mean to wishhold important information so i'll help out..

I have escaped a plasma grenade stuck to me before but unfortunately I don't know how.

Right after you pick up the cloak shoot 1 shot from PR or PP and you will go invisible quick

If 3 people touch the powerup at the same time you will all get it... (also works with 2 people)

Everyone knows how to do the xxy reload.

I'm sure pretty much everyone here knows all this stuff but if you didn't before now you do.

P.S. If it's not too much trouble i'd like to know the plasme grenade thing. :)

I may aswell reveal the Plasma Grenade thing now that you've done the rest (by the way, I was going to tell people how to do it, I just get bored when typing really long posts to explain stuff).

If a plasma grenade is stuck to your head or torso, quickly run to a vertical wall and just before its about to explode hit B and melee it into the wall. Its quite hard to do though.

By the way the multiple powerup doesn't work if 4 people try to touch one that's already there. Upto 4 people squat around the spawn area of the powerup and when it respawns the people there get the power up. 4 Invisible players, nice.

hmmm. i knew bout all those things u were talkin bout cept the powerup thing. i gotta try that....

The multiple powerup trick is one of the strongest.. my team are pros at doing it too... most people see one person in camo and think that he is the only one and while they are fighting him pow 2 other people with camo and overshield pop em in the back it rocks.

Wow good for you... the point of this topic is to inform other people on how to do things ... not to make us think you are a stud because you can do a trick that we don't know about.

Personally I dont use the glitches in the game to my advantage, thats just cheap! I prefer it when a kill or flag capture uses skill...
Anyway, one of my favourite tactics in CTF is to get three guys in a Hog, get the passenger to grab an invisible. Get to the enemy base, where the passenger hops out and the gunner lets rip on the base to distract the defenders, invisible guy grabs flag, comes out the back where he is picked up by the hog. And you make your escape! Which is of course covered by a sniper if there is four of you!

Yeah, for CTF matches in Sidewinder or Bloodgulch, if I'm on a team of four or more, we usually have roles for each teammate.
1 long range sniper (sniper rifle/pistol combo)
1 midrange sniper (pistol/Rocket launcher or shotgun combo)
2 attackers (rocketlauncher or whatever)

The attackers obviously go for the flag, and the snipers provide the backup or defense when needed. If the opponent starts noticing our strategy, we simply swich the two sniper roles constantly (ie, have one sniper heading towards the flag to midrange scanning for enemies while the other backtracks to home base defending) while still having the attackers always going for the flag. If the teammates work well enough with that strategy, its a garanteed win every time.

Heh, another fun thing to do is lure enemies out of their base by having one teammate walking in the base to be noticed, then running out, and while being chased, I would snipe them from a distance and have a third teammate run in for the flag. Usually works best when the third person has active camo

XBL: FTG Spartan
But you were dead a thousand times. Hopeless encounters successfully won. A man long dead, grafted to machines your builders did not understand. You follow the path, fitting in to an infinite pattern.
Yours to manipulate, to destroy and rebuild.
Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.
I know who you are.
You are Destiny.

I know about all of the glitches posted so far. Well, I didn't know about the plasma grenade but I was wondering if someone could tell me how you walk through walls?

I like to grab shotgun and AC in Longest and then nade the OShield down through the hole and drop down and pick it up. Takes less than 10 seconds. I also like to nade the RL to myself from the red base on Hang 'Em. Damnation and Derelict are good for grenade tricks as well.

ok on blood gultch you can get a hog and put it over the blue portal a certain way and end up in the hog crouch down and snipe. can tell exactly where to put it but some of the hog has to bee off the ground.
