And on top of it all, you all are complaining about how things are so unrealistic? I would love to see anyone of the members on this site try and make a game that even equals to half of Halo 2. And I read another comment that was saying how they fon't care about real players just the amount of games they sell? No offense, but what would you do? Would you rather have a game and have 25 happy people or sell millions and millions and have more happy than angry by far? Bungie can't stop people from pressing their stand-by button, it's not their fault. So long,
-James

Wait a second, Pudge, you say H2 "is the most well- made game" you have ever played? How can you say that about a game that has so many glitches and oversites ( like a shotgun that does not even chamber a round, the Red advantage, and "balance" issues that would have been discovered had the testers had enough time to do thier jobs ) is "well- made" ? You seem like an O.K. person, but are you serious? H2 has a distinct "beta" feel to it; even my buds that love H2 have mentioned this observation to me. Halo 1 had more polish, and felt more like a complete game, even though a lot of things were left out of it because of time constraints. Halo 1 was spit- shined before it's release. I bet you have never played H1 online because most people that think H2 is better than H1 have either never played H1, never played H1 online, or think they have to like H2 better because it is new and you can play it on Xbox Live. Nine out of ten of my buds that played H1 on XBC like H1 better, but most of them are kind of trapt playing H2 because they can play with more of thier buds and have voice chat.
Bungie, please, for the sake of the hardcore Halo fans and Pros alike ( THE ONES WHO GOT YOU WHERE YOU ARE TODAY, not the "millions" of new players that are playing H2 until the next big thing comes out ) make Halo 1 Xbox Live ready with 16 box connect and voice chat. Sigh... I would even pay more money ( though I don't think I sould have to ) to buy some kind of upgrade to make H1 Live enabled.

Done. In a heartbeat. Just give me the resources Bungie had for Halo 2. I'd simply make a live enabled Halo 1, and it would exceed Halo 2 in every way.

I really enjoyed this article l love it when you guys put out the heavy technology stuff. I get a real sense of what goes into the making of the game. The more technical you the get the better because i tthin it wil really interest the up and coming gamers into learning about the industray and perhaps going into it themselves.
thanks guys,
