Your 7050 is not very good, and you didn't provide much detail about your processor.

Stupid parents let their stupid children play games that are rated M when they should be playing Big Birds Spelling Adventures

Also the AR is actually good in CQB now and no longer a glorified baseball bat.

Is there such a thing as a dual core celeron?

Also, you need a real video card.

Gaming Systems:
Intel Core i7 720QM (4 cores, 8 threads)
4Gb DDR3-1333mhz
1Gb AMD Radeon HD 4650
Windows 7 64bit

Xbox 360 w/ 20Gb HDD (2008 edition) & XBL Gold.

Yea, there are Dual Core Celerons, really REALLY weak versions of the Intel Core 2 chips.

It goes:

Intel Celeron Dual Core E1*** (ultra-budget/workstation)
Intel Pentium Dual Core E2*** (low-end budget end)
Intel Core 2 Duo E4*** (mid range), E6***(mid-high end), E7*** and E8*** (high end)
Intel Core 2 Quad/Extreme Q6*** (Quad Core), Q9*** (Extreme Quad Core)

While your CPU will be just about enough for Halo 2 Vista, unfortunately your graphics card is integrated and therefore very weak. I'd be surprised if you could get any games in the last 3-4 years running smoothly on that.
