Subject: Covi that is able to flip a hog.

Me: "OMFG, Dude... wtf!"
AbolitionofMan: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to betray you."
Me: "That's the 4th time in this game alone!"
Chris: "Third, besides he had the flag I was trying to stop him, how was I supposed to know you were there."
Me: "I said, 'I got the Flag, don't shoot.'"
Chris: "Well those Wraith shots take a while to reach you."
Me: "You were right next to me, I had killed him and a minute passed before you decided to shoot."
Chris: "Hahahahaha, yeah... that was great."

Yes I can entertain you with furthur information about this 'Zealot.' This is the exact thing I sent to Bungie to play around with.

Zealot- The Zealots are the hidden unknown guards of the Prophets and the Covenant Homeworlds. Only those who are guarded by these special elite units(Not Elite) know of their exsistence. Even then they rarely ever see them.

The Zealots are well hersed in all Covenant and Human dialects. Roughly 6' 4", they are fast, agile, and heavilly armed. They are also strong enough to flip a vehicle through the use of their armor. Their shields are nearly twice as strong as the Golden Elites' and regenerate three times as fast.

Their bodies are covered head to toe in a white armor reminiscent of the MJOLNIR suits. Exception being they are shorter than any Spartan. Within their forearms are 2 plasma swords that can be activated as needed. They are trained in all Covenant weaponry and have an even greater hatred for the Human race than most religous Covenant. They are more or less the Covenant equivalent to a Spartan.

Hope you enjoy the idea and possibly use it in the future.

Yeah that was pretty much it for the Zealot. Bungie may have taken the idea, but I doubt it.

Perhaps they did and altered it for the Brute... it does fit a good portion of what you said... though the whole thread is talking about one that is not shown to us yet so. Again, we must wait to find out the tru7h.

what about an infected spartan? (flood),

i know there armor is unpenetrable from the flood, but maybe the participant got infected, then put the armor on.

That is a very clever notion, though I doubt they would be able to put the armor back on even if they wanted to. For these reasons:

1). The infection form mutates the body, thus making it not able to fit in the armor anymore also seeing as each Spartan's armor is custom to each of them and the new mutation would not fit.

2). Even if they could fit in, it takes a good long time to remove the armor and properly put it pack, I don't think a flood form infected Spartan could perform this, besides, it takes more than one to help him put it on and take it off.

UHHH your all wrong its the Spartan 3's that Col.Ackerson made, you'll be fighting them in halo 2

Doubtful, for the simple reason why would Ackerson want to see Earth fall? Thus by fighting you that is exactly what he would be doing. Now he has EVERY reason to do the Spartan III project, I don't think they'd fight you, just try and overshadow you, upstage you in missions etc. Giving them the credit thus making Ackerson look good, and Halsy and her remaining Spartans bad.

I agree......but it MC and the Surviving SpartanII's will hav a tactical advantage because of their experience and will hav scenurity over S3's

i remember in an interview with bungie like in 2002 they talked a little about the plot and it involved deceit in our own ranks. what could that mean?

Ackerson is up to no good... thus why Halsey left with Kelly in that ONI spy ship.

Jonny Joe mentioned a flood infected spartan...
What about a flood form itself... ?
But i think i might have answered my own question because what could the flood infest that would be big enough to flip a warthog...?
But why does the enemy have to be big...?

So many questions... Halo is the only game that has made me ask so many questions like this... scary.... :)

That could very well be a good plot twist. Ackerson knows that Earth is doomed, so he sides with the Covenant and is promised to live if his Spartan III's can kill MC and the other Spartan II's. Then it turns out that MC kills the Spartan III's and then he finds and kills Ackerson. That would make for one helluva plot twist. Betrayal... Can't get any worse than that.
