Astro Boy, the one I've seen is the one that aired on cartoon network's Toonami.

I hate and absolutely abolish DBZ,DB but strangely i really like DBGT.

That would be the new one. If you realy think you Like Astro Boy, you don't... not until you see the original.

And Cartoon Network only shows the popular sterio type Anime. If you are hard-core fan then you buy your own DVDs and don't tape random Anime movies off World Movies. (A note to everyone else).

Trigun is coolest by far. FLCL is also good so long as you give up on trying to understand what is going on and just enjoy it. I also like DBZ. I don't really like it, I just don't mind it. Actually, I hate it. DBZ is stupid, STUPID!!

There are some others I liked, but I forget their names:

* The one where it's all about finding Noah's Ark with those future soldier guys. I kinda forget this one more than the others. ;[
* The one with those two girls as the main characters. The main one's a psycho. The other one's super weak and always falls over. And then there's their pet "dog" that looks like a cat, or vice versa.. it's been a while since I've seen it. In the one episode they fought against a teddy bear alien race that was deathly cute. I think the anime was called Excel Saga.. but I'm not too sure.
* The one where it had really advanced technology, and there were blimps and stuff. They all dressed as though they were in the 30s-40s. The main character was this really pale little girl with blonde hair. She was some sort of enigmatic child.[/color]

*Edit* Spelling corrections.

1) Spriggan - very good animation and a great story. They actually synched the mouth animation with the voices for this one.

2) I dunno. I don't watch that kind....

3) Metropolis. I believe it's by the same guy who made Akira.

You are being an idiot and you are stereo-typing, Outlaw Star isn't Stereo Type Anime and please tell me what Stereo Type anime is. And I don't agree with you, in order to be a hard-core Otaku fan or Anime fan you don't need to buy the dvd's and lol, I don't even tape anime off t.v. I watch the episodes on t.v. and they live in my mind forever sometimes i buy the dvds but buying the dvds doesn't make you a hard-core anime fan; Because, it all narrows down to how much you like it, and how much you watch it. i'm a hardcore anime lover i like most anime but not all.
