Nice update.
I like the idea of epilogue and boundless a lot actually. You may or may not have any idea of how bad, exactly, it is to play snowbound in team doubles (at level 47+). Let's just say it isn't a matter of how smart or skilled you are. All that matters is the mauler. Having that and shield doors? It hurts.
I understand ranked BTB being retired because I could never find a match (level 30), but social BTB? Why Bungie? Why?
The new map Assembly sounds nice. If it's the spiritual successor to Midship just as Guardian was to Lockout I'll be downloading it on day one of its release. In my opinion, Guardian feels more like Lockout than Blackout does, if that's anything to go by, then Assembly will be an instant classic.
Everything else looks to be changing for the better, although I do prefer more personal Lone Wolves games, and I happen to be one of the rarities that liked Head to Head.
I do think there should be some other changes though too, please here me out.
Realistic Ideas:
---------------------
> You should be able to see what you are going to get if you decide to veto
> Hardcore should include a FFA similar to the MLG playlist
> Team snipers should be added to Ranked
Ideas that could prove to be a stretch:
--------------------------------------------------
> The cross hair NEEDS to change on the carbine. It doesn't seem like an accurate depiction of how precise the carbine actually is.
> It was an accident in Halo 2, I think, but maybe all of the weapons could have at least one button glitch? I mean, the "BXR" or "RRXYYRRX" weren't easy to pull off with the battle rifle, but if you practiced you got better, just like anything else. Makes since right? No?...yeah I don't even know about that one.
> Please. Make a map at night, and let us use a pelican that can cut through the darkness with its fixed, powerful floodlights. That would be amazing. I would pay $65 again for Halo 3 just to play on a map like that.
And now I will stop dreaming, and forget about it again.
