To start off, You're going to need a Rocket launcher and a few nades to pull it off.

First, you must park any hog a few meters away from the base facing outward from it. Anywhere around the base should do. At least for me it does.

Throw a frag grenade under the warthog's bumper, then immediately fire a rocket in the same place you threw the nade. Hopefully, the explosion from the rocket will flip up the hogs front end, followed by the grenade explosion which -if you placed the hog right- should send the hog backfliping onto the top of the base as in the picture below. This may take a few tries, seeing as how the hog might hit barriers, fall into the pit of the base, or simply roll off the base when you get up there and flip it upright again. But you should get it right if you're lucky.

After that, get in the hog and drive it between the gap in the two barriers that reside above the sides of the ramps going down to the ground (look at previous picture for reference). The idea is to get the two front tires past the barriers, which will cause the front end of the hog to hang down over the ramp enterance while the rear part keeps the hog from falling onto the ground. This will create a sort of "door" which can be "opened" from outside the base by flipping the vehicle up. This will cause the front of the hog to flip up for a few seconds, allowing you to get up the ramp before the door "closes." You can also simply crouch and move under the hog without needing to flip it in order to go up the ramp.

Sometimes when pulling the door trick off, the hog will start shaking in place. That's a good thing, as long as the hog is shaking, it wont respawn (usually,) even if the gametype has a vehicle respawn timer set for that game. At least that's how it is on the PC version. I'm not quite as sure on the Xbox version. If the vehicle stops shaking (like when flipping it up to get through,) a melee or two should start the shaking again.

Another trick is when driving the hog into the gap and one of the back wheels fall into the ramp (shown in the picture below), getting out and giving the hog a few melees should fix the problem.

Anyways, thats how I do it. There are other ways to get hogs up there, but the way I showed you is the most basic. I wouldn't bother with the hog doors anyway, since while playing online, your team doesn't care much for hog doors and usually blast them away.

(Yeah, I was bored.)
