It's not something microsoft has done. It's just a bug with firefox that can't let it use this site easily. As you will see, with Safari (a mac internet browser), it will work perfectly. Don't blame microsoft, blame firefox.

Why attack the issue when everyone's favorite scapegoat is available for blame? ;)

I think this thread may belong here, but anybody who uses firefox realize theres extreme choppiness when navigating the site?

I mean, the best reason I could think of for this is that Microsoft doesnt want people using firefox, but I don't know.

Its just been bugging me for a while now...

Its Microsofts problem for not donating code to Firefox that would solve the problem. Clearly.

I don't see how that means we can't blame him. He's probably dreaming of breaking the forums.

I use FireFox and I have absolutely no problems with Bungie.net, maybe it’s your computer?

I use Fire Fox too. No problems here either. I thought I had a Fire Fox problem, turns out I was doing so many tasks my computer was about to melt.

Haven't quite heard the word bloody used as a adjective not describing a video game on these forums in a while............Oh well yes Firefox does have a scroll problem and most people know it. I wish that Microsoft err I mean stosh would allow them to use aspx codings to. (stupid stosh)

In the beginning I have had some problems with choppiness in the scrolling and stuff but eventually after a while of visiting the site using Firefox the choppiness disappeared.

I just don't see why this is such a big problem. Sure, it's choppy, get used to it. It won't take anything away from the website.

Just use internet explorer. I have never been hacked while using it so I don't know why people say its so weak on security. I don't get any pop ups because I don't visit sites that think they are to good to put ads inline with their content. Also don't download a bunch of crap from anyone who isn't trustworthy.

Scrolling in FireFox is a tad choppy, but I find everything else about the site works better, faster, stronger, smarter....

i use firefox, and it works just fine. the only issue i have is this: my laptop has a quickscroll thing and it goes really slow, so i hold it down for most sites. however, on bungie.net when im using it, when i hold it down it doesnt stop scrolling. instead, it keeps going faster and faster until it hits the bottom. wtf!?

The slow scroll thing almost has momentum for me. I have to predict when to start scrolling up so I so I stop at the right place. Really makes me mad that FF isn't working on B.net.

Yeah sometimes when I'm loading B.net on FireFox I have the scrolling memory thing where I have to predict where to stop scrolling, but that is only when the site is loading after it finishes loading it's fine. I erally like FireFox over IE because of the tabs it's very handy instead of having a bunch of windows on the taskbar i just have the one window with a few tabs in it.

I simply use IE whenever I want to view this site. Really, people, it's not a huge issue. They've told us they can't fix it, so then instead modify your own habits.
