Ok, I just downloaded the latest GeForce drivers for my computer cuz, you know, driver updates make your computer run faster, right?

Well, anyways, I installed this new set that came out last friday and now, whenever I play a 3d game, the terrain renders just fine, but the objects are invisible. Also, there's limited particle effects. So when you crash on Halo, there are no dead marines or escape pod, or even your own gun in your invisible hands. Same thing in Need for Speed; the cars are invisible and their shadows and lights are left behind... So I'm not so happy right now. I'm gonna try installing older drivers and see if that works. Any suggestions?

My specs:
Windows 98SE
AMD Athlon 800MHz
512MB of PC133 ram
GeForce 2 MX/MX4000 64MB

Yes. If you change your driver to version 2.11.15.0, you will have no probs. It seems to be the most stable one I've found! It's an old one (04/04), but it works fine. Seems anything released after that is a bit on the s**t side.

Try to locate it yourself, but if you have no success, just pm me and we'll sort something out. I might also add that I play NFS too, and I have zero problems...

hey thanks, that seemed to be the problem. I couldn't find the exact one you suggested, but the one I found works, too.
