hi, i just looked up the game on play.com and they have a cover and the title halo2: the fallen, i may be WAY behind but ive never heard this term before, is this official? cheers in advance.
if its not from bungie then dont trust it. i know what u r talking about and no it is just an idea.
yeh thats my idea too, loads of shops have 'covers' and names there using until it comes out. Its better than combat evolved though! lol
yeah i know. i was thinking of printing out one i saw a while back and inserting it into one of my game cases and trying to fool my friends into thinking i had halo 2 already. never got to it.
dif places have different covers, and sub names, but bungie has not thought up 1 yet, if there will be 1, and anyway, bungie will announce it b4 play.com, so play.com have probably done it for selling purposes!
yea it isnt official. The Fallen certainly sounds good though.By teh way, do you have a link to the page where you saw it? I wanna see.
The sub stitle should be, Combat Evolved Evolves Again
that box art that play.com has is really crappy y would anybody trust it and combat evolved evolves again is the dumbest name ie ever heard[Edited on 6/30/2004 9:41:38 AM]
Me: "OMFG, Dude... wtf!"AbolitionofMan: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to betray you."Me: "That's the 4th time in this game alone!"Chris: "Third, besides he had the flag I was trying to stop him, how was I supposed to know you were there."Me: "I said, 'I got the Flag, don't shoot.'"Chris: "Well those Wraith shots take a while to reach you."Me: "You were right next to me, I had killed him and a minute passed before you decided to shoot."Chris: "Hahahahaha, yeah... that was great."
The most trustworthy box art is the one on EBgames.com, the mods have said it is POSSIBLE that will be the final box art but nothing offical. Also, the name "The Fallen" is good... and if it is I'd be very happy with it.Achilles
those -blam!-s stole my name
why not this: Halo 2Fight For HerIts been used a ton already......
When a cat is dropped, it always lands on its feet, and when toast is dropped, it always lands buttered side down. Therefore, if a slice of toast is strapped to a cat's back, buttered side up, and the animal is then dropped, the two opposing forces will cause it to hover, spinning inches above the ground. If enough toast-laden felines were used, they could form the basis of a high-speed monorail system.
Don't trust that. Bungie said that there wouldn't be a subtitle... i think.

No subtitle.
Halo 2 has already been stated by Bungie not to have a subtitle.
