That, and if you turn on your own light to sese what's near you... everyone nearby can see the flashlight in the distance adn come running.

I like the Flashlight as opposed to built in nightvision because it's more emotionally intense

but if u put stealth into it it would ruin the run and gun aspect of the game

Wel, in halo, there's night vision on the sniper rifle, press white (on xbox, don't know what on PC) when zoomed in, to activate it. We all learned this from T&R, right?

Riddick, I've been using Stealth since the first day I picked up Halo. There's nothing funnier then standing high up on a wall, near the ceiling watching the grunts rushing about in circles searching for you and babbling out fearfully. Then you drop down and start ripping into them with your assault rifle and then rush off and hide again.

Riddick, that too is Stealth, pull out your dictionary and check. You can stealthily approach a target then take him out with loud weapons, you can stealthily kill him, you can even stealthily sneak past him without getting into combat at all.

You can have Stealth in Halo2 without it being Splinter Cell. That was that was the Truth & Reconciliation level was all about, stealth and gunning.

i believw that we have no idea. and thats a fact.

flashlights are cooler, and will probably be in the game since bungie said the aliens will have them.

and then we have binoculars, now. so maybe binoculars, which are on every nonscoping weapon, can have nightvision like the sniperrifle, which would mean you would have to use nightvision in 5x vision mode, and doesnt cancel out the flashlight effectiveness.

man, i jsut pulled that out of my ass, but then again i did so on the music while driving idea and thats being implemented.
