About investigating quitting:
Why should I be discouraged from choosing what I like and dislike in a game experience? Maybe in Ranked Matches you should be able to penalize people who dampen the experiences of their teammates, but I really, really do not like the idea that I should be coerced into playing a game I don't want to. Whether I dislike the map/game setup, or the other team is just slaughtering me and I don't feel like watching them keep my flag in their base and not scoring so they can kill me 4000 more times, why should I be penalized for choosing what I like or don't like to play?
The same way I rent games and decide if I want to buy them or not, I will continue to try playlists, gametypes, each night, and decide based on what I experience which I will or will not play.
And honestly you can penalize us however. I think it's a ridiculous idea that shows how far you've put your game on a pedestal and forgotten the idea of casual 30 seconds of fun, but I am not a rank/exp/status whore. I am a had fun with Halo 1 and 2 and enjoyed some moments with 3 here guy, who thinks you guys might be taking your creation a bit too serious.
