i love you Jumper

I love you, too, Bkstaker. XD
And haha Deathtrap, nice. There are so many different thought processes that could go into this. It's crazy.

That's exactly why we're never going to get anywhere with this before another clue comes along.

i would say so as well... but i was thinking about this earlier.

Tokyo Rules definitely does not sound as intraquite or cool as say Iroquois or Pillar of Autumn or Forward Unto Dawn like other UNSC ships we know of. it seems like Bungie dubbed this particular ship for a reason... to point us toward something in Tokyo.

Bungie's announcement got yanked right? so theyre looking for another big show to release their new material. they made a big deal about PAX cause i think they wanted to do it there, but still werent ready. TGS is the next big show where media from all over the world will be... so it really does make a lot of sense to release new material there, regardless of how the locals feel about the game

There's a problem with that, though. It's too easy. Yes, I think that Bungie did use a Tokyo reference on purpose, but it's purpose was to guide us away from the real clues.

for bungie, yes... i absolutely agree.

but lets not forget that at one point they were completely ready to release something, and it was pulled by the higher-ups and it was honestly beyond their control, i remember in the update how frustrated they were that they were unable to do things their way.

now they have all this material that was supposed to be out already and they have altered it slightly so they can still use it, even tho it seems to be less complicated than past programs bungie has created. lol theyre scrambling to make it work

is it me, or has the Pax thing gotten a little darker.....

this is just a suggestion to throw out there, but do you think the more we chase our tails, the darker things get, but the more relevant, closer, or warmer if you would thee brighter it gets,

  • 09.22.2008 5:16 PM PDT

i actually think that all of these things that the superintendent is saying are due to a chaotic happening in some metropolitan area. Because of this emergency people are panicing and trying 2 run... cars fleeing everywhere (YIELD TO UPHILL TRAFFIC) and the superintendant is trying to dampen the situation (PLEASE REMAIN CALM). This MAY be at a time when the covenant are attacking a city.

that could be true, however maybe it is a little bit of both, maybe lets say 2 clues, one that is the opposite of tokyo and one that is with the tokyo, when we add these 2 it could most possibly make sense

the question is........what are these 2 clues?

You could be right. One could, obviously, be a reference to the Tokyo Game Show, possibly an indication of some important news being revealed there, and another probably has something to do with the Tokyo Prowler vehicle, but what?

good call, good call. lol bungie is very tricky. i would not put it past them to be developing two strings of clues simultaneously adding up to the same or possibly different material entirely
