I finnaly broke my vampire like cycle of my sleep, i would stay up all night fall asleep at 5am and wake up at 6pm. but now.... i wake up at 10am and go to sleep at 2am. its good to be up at the day time.
you should go to bed at 10:00 and wake up at 7:00. works well for me.
If you're talking 10:00pm and 7:00am then that is way too much sleep anything over 7and a half to 8 hours is bad for you and makes you more tired.

It doesnt matter when you go to sleep but it is a proven fact that if you get less than 6 1/2 hours or more than 8 hours of sleep it is bad for your body and it makes you more tired.
I think it has to do with when you wake up in relation to your REM cycles.
Why would you want to be awake during the day and asleep at night?
Meh, waking up early is for Senior citizens. Besides I bet I can go without sleep for a few days, I just don't want to.
