I think of the game completed when you have played most of the lvls with the Assault rifle as your main weapon, as that is what MC used most in the books. On ledgendary naturally.

I am in a league thingy and I play every Saturday, usually with 15 other people. It costs ten bucks a week to play but its fun. And there are alot of other good people there so I guess it's good practice.

My friends are addicted, and I often bring them over to whoop on them, except my cousin, which I try to get on a team with when we play LANs. I think I am good enough right now, I get the least deaths and usually most kills in the LANs I play, but I can't let my skills go down a bit overtime.

but like you said, after a while that gets kind of boring (not to cry), and that can be frustrating when ONE elite or grunt gets a luckey stick (plasma) on you........ahhhhhhhhhhh......(period)

I play every once in a while now. I might play it just because I will be so excited, but I won't practice actively.

Going through the story mode won't help you get better at MP, you need to play against people in LAN games, usually you get better when you play people better then you. And XBC is so laggy, I wouldn't think that would be good practice.
