That's a common myth from movies.The chance of "might" is almost never. The expansion of frozen water molecules and the drop in tempurature will destroy the enzymes in your body. If the aliens have the technology to combat this, I think it could be possible. Any chance of that happening now is a realistic never. The only chance of beiing revive is cryogenics, which has yet to be proven that it works. They use liquid nitrogen, and freeze close to zero degrees (or maybe less). It has a different affect on freezing than frozen water. :)

I don't mean be so realistic and critcal.
