I voted no and here's why...
In a game like Halo, if you're actually allowed to have multiple screens on a TV for multiplayer, it's more than encouraged to use it to your advantage. Afterall, you want to win right? If it's in the game, use it.
I guarantee you that everyone who voted Yes screenwatches still, even though they consider it "cheating".
To me, cheating is hacking into a game of multiplayer and putting an infinite ammo and/or health cheat/code so you won't be harmed at all.
Though screen looking is a means to not die, it doesn't mean you're in God mode does it? You're still able to die as well as your opponents.
If it's such a cheating method, they might as well remove multiplayer on Halo and leave it strictly for LAN play... think about it.
And for games such as poker, obviously your playing a game of chance, so looking at your opponents cards is cheating obviously... because one individual is playing without seeing cards while the other is. The point of that game is to play without knowing literally what your opponent holds.
